Privacy notice
This site is static and collects as little as a website can. This notice says what that "little" is.
Who is responsible
AI Automated Solutions, Cape Town, South Africa, publishes this site and is the data controller for any personal data it holds. Contact: ai@aiautomatedsolutions.net.
What is collected
- Server logs. The hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested page, time) for security and operation. These logs are retained by the provider for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.
- Email and WhatsApp enquiries. If you write to us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and, if you ask for a build, to scope the work. We do not add you to a mailing list.
- Nothing else. No cookies are set by this site, no analytics run by default, and no third-party scripts load. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated and a cookie-free, aggregate tool will be preferred.
The demo
The agent trace simulator runs entirely in your browser on a fixed script. It sends nothing anywhere and calls no model.
Fonts and external resources
Fonts are self-hosted; no requests are made to font networks. Links to external sites (regulators, providers, related properties) are governed by those sites' own notices.
Your rights
Under Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Email the address above; we respond within a reasonable period and without charge. POTRAZ is the Data Protection Authority if you wish to complain.
