Why a reference site from an implementation company
Because the alternative — a brochure with "AI agent" in the title — is what most buyers find, and it leaves them unable to evaluate what they are being sold. A buyer who can read a trace, price a conversation and name the guardrails they need is a better client for us and a harder client for anyone selling an ungated chatbot as an agent. The commercial routing is confined to the contact page; nothing else on the site is written to sell.
Author
Evert Vorster writes the articles and maintains the definitions, cost model and comparison database. He founded AI Automated Solutions and Eigenstate Systems, and has designed and delivered agent, automation and computer-vision systems for businesses in Southern Africa, including work in Zimbabwean mining.
