Editorial policy
Who writes
Articles carry a byline and dates. The default author is Evert Vorster, founder of the publisher, AI Automated Solutions. There are no pseudonymous or invented authors. Where a page is maintained rather than authored (the glossary, the comparison database, the cost model), the last-reviewed date is shown on the page.
How facts are sourced
- Statistics, prices and legal provisions link to a public source and carry the date we accessed it. Preferred sources: regulators (POTRAZ, RBZ, ZIMRA), gazetted instruments (via Veritas Zimbabwe), provider rate cards and documentation, and established Zimbabwean technology press.
- Where a figure is derived — the per-conversation cost, the comparison database bands — the calculation and its inputs are shown on the page.
- Anything that is an estimate or an example is labelled "illustrative". We do not invent clients, testimonials, case studies, statistics or partnerships.
- Third-party reports of another company's prices (for example, a blog's summary of a rate card) are labelled "as reported" and readers are told to verify against the primary source.
Update cadence
Prices and the comparison database are reviewed quarterly, and sooner when a provider announces a change. Legal pages are reviewed when a statutory instrument or regulator notice changes the position. Each page shows its review or update date.
Corrections
Email ai@aiautomatedsolutions.net with the page URL and the source that contradicts us. Material corrections are made on the page with a dated note; trivial ones (typos) are made silently.
Commercial interest
The publisher sells agent implementation. To keep that from shaping the reference content: the only pages written to convert are the contact page and the clearly labelled closing panel on the homepage; comparison pages say when a chatbot or automation is the better choice; the cost model uses public list prices, not the publisher's rates; and no provider, including the publisher, is ranked or recommended in the comparison database.
Use of AI in production
Drafting and editing assistance from AI tools is used; every figure, source and definition is checked by the author before publication, and the author is accountable for the content.
